![]() ![]() I'm not 100% sure but I think the RealTek Definition Audio replaced the Intel High Definition DSP entry. I no longer see Intel High Definition DSP, instead I have RealTek High Definition Audio (SST). I no longer have any devices that are not recognized. Once the PC had rebooted I checked the Device Manager. After reboot the installer continued and installed the driver. Try additional suggestions mentioned here to troubleshoot the issue. Run the Audio troubleshooter and see if it helps. If rebooting doesn’t helps, right click sound icon and select Troubleshoot sound problems. The Realtek installer first uninstalled the existing driver and required a reboot. First thing you should try after getting into this problem is reboot the device. This audio driver is required if you plan to connect a microphone or headset to the audio jack. I downloaded the file "Realtek High Definition Audio Driver for Intel® NUC Kits, Version: 6., Date: " and unzipped the file to a directory and ran the setup file. Installs the Realtek High Definition Audio Driver and Intel Smart Sound Technology (Intel SST) driver for the 3.5mm audio jack and the speakers for Windows 10 & Windows 11 for the Intel NUC12WS products. ![]() I tried the link again today for the audio driver and now it works
